About this Event
In this workshop we will delve deep into the inner workings and characteristics that contribute to creating transformative performances and stories.
The relationship between Director and Actor is unique, dynamic and multifaceted. What goes into a truly unforgettable performance? Does it come to life through emotion and improvisation or is it something that is crafted through rehearsal and precision? In this 3-week workshop we will delve deep into the inner workings and characteristics that contribute to creating transformative performances and stories. Based both on the fundamentals of Directing for the Screen paired with hands-on exercises, this workshop provides participants with a toolkit of directorial approaches, techniques, and experiences that will help deepen their ability to connect and grow trustworthy and powerful collaborations with actors.
